About Yon
I discovered Yoga because of a serious spinal injury and at a very delicate time emotionally. I quickly saw the benefits it provided me on a physical and mental level and I fell in love.
As soon as I finished my postgraduate degree in Mindfulness, I decided to quit my job and start travelling. I needed to see the world and experience things beyond my routine in Barcelona.
My last stop was Thailand, where I did the 200-hour course. My initial motivation was purely personal, seeking to go deeper into practice and learning, to be able to
to keep it constant and fuller. As the end approached, I saw more and more clearly that I would love to be able to share it with others and help them in their process of healing and personal growth.

Perfect! Yon consigue que disfrutemos a la vez que trabajemos diferentes capacidades, poniendo siempre el foco en nuestras necesidades. Siempre explica los beneficios de cada ejercicio y mantiene un ritmo perfecto durante toda la sesión. Al acabar la clase siempre me invade una sensación de conexión increíble con todo mi cuerpo.

He podido realizar unas cuantas clases con Yon y desde el primer momento he podido disfrutar del yoga. Yon explica de manera adecuada cada ejercicio e individualiza las clases respecto a las necesidades del usuario, es muy atento. Muestra pasión hacia la profesión y hace que su emoción sea contagiosa. Para mi nivel de principiante ha sido excelente. Recomiendo sus clases por su trato incondicional con los participantes y por el ambiente relajado y casi terapéutico que hay en sus sesiones.
