I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Meditation, Pranayama, Chakras, breathing practices, face yoga, and yogic kriyas. Each class begins with a short prayer and warm-up, followed by a customized sequence of asanas, pranayama, and yoga nidra. Surya Namaskaras are included occasionally based on the focus of the day.
Every session is designed to target different body parts each day—improving strength, flexibility, and overall balance—along with face yoga exercises for rejuvenation and natural glow. The class structure changes depending on the student’s age, fitness level, and health needs.
For corporate sessions, I create practices tailored to employees’ work demands, such as spinal health, posture correction, and relaxation techniques. I specialize in Yoga for Stress Management, Fat Loss, Flexibility, Back Pain, Children, Elders, and Therapeutic Yoga, with personalized consultations available for specific concerns.
Each class is a holistic journey toward physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace.
