About Tanya
Namaste! I am Tanya, a certified yoga trainer based in Ajman (UAE) holding a Diploma in Yoga and a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (YTTC). With over 4 years of professional teaching experience across studios, wellness centers, corporate spaces and private settings in India. I bring a deep, authentic and well-rounded understanding of yoga to every class I teach.
My yoga journey began as a deeply personal practice long before it became my profession. Growing up in India- The birthplace of Yoga, I was naturally immersed in its culture, philosophy and tradition from an early age. What started as a personal path of self-discovery gradually transformed into a lifelong calling to share the beauty and benefits of yoga with others. That calling led me to pursue formal training and certification and eventually to dedicate myself fully to teaching this ancient science.
Over my 4+ years of teaching in India, I had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse range of students- beginners, seniors, children, working professionals, athletes and individuals managing specific health conditions. Each of those experiences made me a sharper, more empathetic and more adaptable instructor.
I recently made the exciting move to Ajman (UAE) drawn by the city's warm community and the growing appetite for authentic wellness practices here. I am passionate about contributing to the health and happiness of this wonderful community and building genuine, lasting relationships with my students here.
My teaching style blends traditional Indian yogic wisdom with a modern, accessible and compassionate approach. I cover asanas, pranayama, meditation, alignment and yogic philosophy always tailoring the practice to the individual in front of me. I believe yoga is not just a physical exercise, it is a complete science of living well and I am here to guide you through it with patience, care and authenticity.

Namaste! I am a certified yoga trainer holding a Diploma in Yoga along with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (YTTC), bringing over 4 years of professional teaching experience from India, the birthplace of Yoga. Having taught students of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds, I now bring that rich experience and authentic yogic knowledge to students in Ajman, UAE.
My lessons are designed to be inclusive, structured and deeply transformative. Whether you are a complete beginner stepping onto the mat for the very first time or an intermediate practitioner looking to deepen your practice, I tailor every session to match your personal goals, physical ability and comfort level. No two students are the same and neither are my lessons.

• Breathing techniques (Pranayama) to calm the mind and energize the body.

I offer one-on-one private sessions, small group classes and online lessons giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace, in your own space and on your own schedule.
My teaching style is rooted in “Traditional Indian yoga philosophy** while being fully adapted to the modern lifestyle. I believe yoga is not just an exercise- it is a way of life and I am here to guide you every step of the way on that beautiful journey.
