Each class is designed around my students' preferences and experience, offering both dynamic flows and restorative sessions.
We begin with an introduction and set a collective intention to guide our practice. We then move into a conscious sequence of asanas, where every movement is synchronized with the breath. Starting with gentle warm-ups to prepare the body, we gradually build into dynamic, flowing movements that challenge and invigorate. Breath awareness is emphasized throughout, ensuring each posture is fully experienced.
The class includes pranayama, where we harness the power of breath to calm the mind, followed by relaxation techniques to release any lingering tension. We close with a meditation, allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice, leaving you feeling balanced, centered, and rejuvenated.
