About Sıla
Hi, I’m Sıla, a certified yoga and Pilates teacher based in Rome. I completed varying trainings in Yin Yoga, Advanced Asana, trauma-informed approach in yoga and level 1-2-3-4 trainings in Pilates. I offer private and small-group classes in English for beginners as well as regular practitioners, students and internationals who want to start yoga in a calm and supportive way. My classes combine movement, breath, body awareness and relaxation. Depending on your needs, we can focus on yoga basics, flexibility, strength, posture, stress relief, or a gentle mind-body practice. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Pilates, and I always adapt the class to your level and body. My intention is to create a safe space where you can learn step by step, without pressure or comparison.

As a 22-year-old certified yoga and pilates instructor, I am currently looking for experiences where I can share my passion for yoga with others to guide them in their journey and create space for them to have mind-body connection and explore peace, love and abundance within. I decided to complete my teacher training because I feel the need to share this path and teachings with others to help them reconnect with their selves. Right now, I am looking for spaces to use my teachings and experience I got to gain with constant practice and discipline.
My interest in Psychology and trauma-informed approach helps me adapt a compassionate, inclusive and welcoming approach to discover your own potential, see your needs and deeply connect with yourself through the body.
My classes include meditation, tailored asana(physical posture) practice based on your needs and a lot of playfulness and fun.
