About Sophie
I am a teacher of yoga and meditation. I completed an intensive 200-hour training in India in 2012 and yoga has been part of my life since 2009. I have explored different approaches to yoga and meditation in my individual practice and in different yoga studios in Canada, in the United States and here in France. I developed my own style of teaching with the influence of the traditional teachings I received in India and the Western adaptation of the Yogic and Buddhist philosophy that has been transmitted to me over the last 10 years by a variety of teachers .

Sophie est une jeune professeur de yoga souriante et douce. Sa qualité première est l'attention qu'elle porte à ses élèves, je suis débutant et elle m'a mis à l'aise dès les premières minutes.
