About Helene
Passionate about Ashtanga Yoga, I have been practicing for five years and am currently working on the Third Series. I’ve had the chance to deepen my practice in Mysore, India, on three occasions, immersing myself in the authentic tradition of this method. For two years, I assisted my teachers in Berlin, which helped me develop a teaching approach that’s attentive to the individual needs of each student. I also completed training in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, which enriches my classes by bringing in fluidity and breath awareness. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I’ll help you build a stable, progressive, and personalized practice—always with discipline and compassion.
