About Simi
Meditation has had a hugely positive impact on my physical, mental and spiritual well being. As an empath and highly sensitive person, I have struggled navigating my way through day to day life. Feeling my own emotions and the emotions of others so intensely has meant that I’ve suffered with mental and physical health issues all of my life such as anxiety, panic attacks and gut health issues whilst also feeling completely lost, confused and isolated.
Meditation has not only helped me heal but it has provided me with profound awareness and understanding of who I am. It has provided me with a sense of inner peace and calmness. And it has enabled me to become a version of myself I never thought existed: someone who can navigate life’s challenges with grace, emotional stability and immense strength.
Meditation is my sanctuary of tranquillity amidst the chaos of everyday life. Meditation is where I feel at home. And now I want to share this with you.
