Perfect! I recently started yoga with Motolani after a long break. She took this into account when designing the classes, making sure that they were challenging enough to keep me interested, but not so challenging that I would be unable to keep up. Apart from the actual yoga, I find Motolani to be a friendly, engaging and motivating teacher. I look forward to her classes!

Motolani is amazingly direct with her instructions, I don't have to look around to try to understand what she means. She's also patient and has tended to my exact needs within the practice while simultaneously being a joy to learn from.
i recommend her; she good at what she does, you will enjoy her yoga class, it will help you feel relax and ease.
Yoga is therapeutic but Motolani makes Yoga even more therapeutic. Motolani's Yoga class is engaging from start to finish. It's safe to say she has a special gift being a Yoga instructor almost like MADE FROM HEAVEN.
