About Pratima
I am a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, and Face Yoga teacher, passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone—regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. For me, yoga is not just a profession, but a way of life that has deeply transformed me.
Yoga helped me build confidence and self-acceptance at a time when I struggled with body image and self-worth. It taught me that I am enough, just as I am. Later, as a mother, it became my anchor helping me find calm, balance, and strength in everyday life.
After leaving my corporate career, I chose to fully dedicate myself to sharing this beautiful practice with others.

My yoga classes combine Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga practices to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. I specialize in hip opening, hamstring mobility, core strengthening, and overall flexibility, creating sessions that help you move with greater ease and confidence. I also offer slower-paced and restorative practices for relaxation, recovery, and stress management.
In addition to yoga, I teach Pranayama (breathwork) techniques that can help reduce stress, improve focus, promote mental clarity, and support better sleep. Through guided breathing practices, you will develop a deeper connection between mind and body.
I also offer Face Yoga sessions that focus on relaxation, facial muscle awareness, and releasing tension often held in the face, jaw, and neck. These practices encourage mindful self-care and can help you feel refreshed and more connected to yourself.
My teaching style is supportive, accessible, and personalized. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, enhance flexibility, manage stress, establish a sustainable wellness routine, or simply take time for yourself, I am here to guide you every step of the way.
