About Carmela
From my experience as a dancer and Pilates instructor for 9 years now, I seek to give support and motivation to those people who want to feel better about their body. Depending on each person, their needs and their possibilities, we will seek to tone, gain greater strength, flexibility, endurance, and improve lung capacity and posture, while we will work on body awareness, coordination, memory ... to thus find a general well-being that can be felt from the first class. Mat Pilates Instructor (Floor Pilates) -Triple degree from the Spanish Federation of Pilates and Tai-Chi, Spanish Association of Pilates, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong, and Spanish Association of Pilates Instructors. (Madrid- December 2011) Qualification recognized by the PMA. -Large experience in group classes and personalized classes. Professional dancer, training in Ballet and contemporary dance. Pilates classes Floor at home, Individuals, small groups (up to 3 people), Companies, Ampas, Nurseries or Community of neighbors. My goal as a Pilates teacher is to guide, motivate and accompany my students in the search they have or in what they need according to the moment. Work a specific area of the body, or work it globally. And beyond the work of toning, strength or flexibility, I usually focus on body awareness, which seems to me an important element, so that the student, through practice, can also learn where their limits are, their tensions, and learn to know your own body and how to move forward without fear of injury.
