Eleonora is a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Mentor with 7 years of teaching experience. She intends to awaken people’s authentic power within through breathwork meditation and energy healing so that they can recognize and realize their fullest potential.

With her loving and glowing energy, Eleonora specializes in opening the heart chakra, connecting everyone with their inner guidance.

About the class

I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator with 7 years of teaching experience. I am also a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.

The Breathwork Journey enhanced by heart-opening music will allow you to access a higher state of consciousness, where true energetic healing can take place. This multi-dimensional healing experience will raise your vibrational frequency so that you can connect with your higher self and inner wisdom.

Flow of the Class

-15-minute introduction of the 3-step breathing technique, physiology of breath work
-35 minutes guided breath work journey. You will lie down and cover your eyes
-10 minutes of relaxation, sound bath

No experience is necessary; please bring an eye cover, and headphones, and refrain from heavy food before the Breathwork Session.
