About Celeste
Hi! My name is Celeste. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Since the age of 5, I have been attracted to all sorts of movement disciplines. I have studied improvisation dance for almost 20 years. I tried Tango, Folklore, Contemporary dance and even taught and trained Capoeira for about 6 years. After high school, I entered the National University of Arts where I studied somatic disciplines such as Feldenkrais, Eutony and Improv. I moved to the UK 4 years ago and decided to start a YTT, and so I did. I am a teacher but I am also an everyday student. I’ve had the pleasure to train and learn from amazing teachers about anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and neuroscience, topics that I still enjoy exploring and that I love sharing with others. My main goal is to help my students find their own voice within their own Self. Teaching Yoga has become my passion and my life and I want people to benefit from it as much as I have.

What to expect: ~ Asana Practice: Moving the body from head to toes, focusing on different body areas each class ~ Meditation: To ground and connect ~ Relaxation: With time to relax and destress ~ Fun: Because I believe that we all need a bit of fun and laughter in our busy and stressing lives ~ Free Movement: moving intuitively, allowing creativity to flow through you ~ Weird Stuff (AKA Brain-Based drills): this might sound odd (as planned) but you can expect movements and exercises that will take you out of the usual and will help you grow your practice TREMENDOUSLY. Perfect! I had the luck to meet Celeste 3-4 months ago when I was looking for a new yoga teacher. She is kind, always smiling, but she has a laser eye to correct asanas.

Celeste is a very good teacher. I love how he teaches his classes. Thanks for being patient with me and teaching me yoga.
I discovered Celeste through her Youtube channel "Alternative Movement" and immediately clicked with her approach of yoga. She is always taking some time to explain how our body and brain work, I'm learning a lot through her videos. So when she offered an online class, I jumped in and enjoy it even more! I can only recommend her!
I can't recommend Celeste more! Her classes are super fun and dynamic. She prepares the classes to meet my individual needs so I have seen a big progress in my practice. I feel much more confident on the mat and I am learning how to look after my Self and my body. I love it!
