About Cindy
A spiritual architect, I've always practiced a sport since I was little. I spent 6 years practicing yoga in Parisian studios and experimenting with holistic practices abroad. I needed to dig deeper into this science of yoga, which unblocks the body's knots and helps calm the mind. After a transformative and liberating stay in India, I decided to return to teach yoga and share my experience to perhaps help others on their path.

My practice begins above all with work on breathing, pranayama techniques will be taught, kriyas/breathwork also to allow the body's energy to move, cleanse, regenerate. Then comes yn flow vinyasa with sun salutations and we will finish with gentle stretches to relax the body, put ourselves in a state of conscious receptivity to what the session has given us. The last posture Savasana is accompanied by the vibrations of Tibetan bowls. All levels accepted.
Yoga is a practice that allows you to nourish your mind and strengthen your connection between body, mind and soul. We are not in the performance, but in listening to yourself. 🪷
