About Natt
Hi, I’m Natt. My yoga journey began while I was working long shifts, constantly on my feet. It started simply—with gentle stretches at home to ease the tension in my body. Over time, that small practice grew into a deep curiosity, leading me to join a yoga studio to learn more. Eventually, I decided to take my passion further and completed my RYS 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. This experience transformed not only my practice but also my understanding of myself. Yoga has helped me reconnect with who I truly am and discover what I want to do in life. Seeing my students’ progress—their alignment, their growth, their joy—fills me with happiness and purpose. Most importantly, yoga has inspired me to keep learning and expanding. It has even guided me towards studying physiotherapy, so I can continue helping people who are in need—both on and off the mat.

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with each class typically lasting 60 minutes. My sessions begin with gentle meditation and warm-up movements, followed by standing postures, floor-based poses, and a calming cool-down to complete the practice. I’m happy teaching yogis of all levels, I especially enjoy guiding beginners as I am coming from a weightlifting background, I understand what it’s like to have stiff muscles and limited flexibility. Because of this, I specialise in helping students release tension, build mobility, and find comfort and confidence in their own bodies. I am happy to travel around London to teach in person or small group.
