I am currently an undergraduate student at University of Cambridge, studying Psychological and Behavioural Sciences (PBS)

- Gold award in Chemistry Olympiad (which covers the knowledge beyond year 13)
- Gold award in the Intermediate Biology Olympiad
- Gold award in the Cambridge Chemistry Challenge (C3L6)
- Silver in Biology Olympiad (which covers the knowledge beyond year 13)
- 4th place in the National Round of British Neuroscience Olympiads
- Silver in Senior Physics Challenge

After finishing my IGCSE (international GCSE), and achieving 2 A*'s and 3 A's (equivalent to 9's and 7's) despite doing it for only one year, I joined a maths and sciences specialist sixth form college specifically, where I am received 2 A*'s for maths + chemistry and 1 A (1 mark away from A*!) in biology.
Therefore, I do online lessons for A-levels/GCSE students and below in those subjects. Personally, I use student-led approach, where I encourage students to bring topics that they are interested in learning, and give students more opportunity to be in control of the lessons with me as a mentor.
I generally use the first few lessons to establish the background knowledge each student has and would be happy to give homework for practice if the student wanted

Perfect! Jin is a great maths tutor. She is very understanding and patient, and explains things clearly without ever being condescending. She is also very adaptable - despite only starting to work with my daughter a few months before GCSEs, Jin quickly understood what was needed and tailored her approach straightaway. We’ve been so impressed with the support and advice that she’s given and would not hesitate to recommend her as a tutor.

Jin has been a phenomenal, patient, knowledgable tutor who guided me through AQA chemistry all the way from year 12 mocks to the end of year 13. Thanks to her continued support, I was not only able to achieve a very high A* (94%) but also scored one of the highest scores in paper 1 in the country. I found Jin's lessons to always be very comprehensive, tailored, and well-planned. She was very easy and fast to communicate with, which made planning/rescheduling lessons easy. I really can't recommend a better tutor!
Jin helped me prepare for my psychology cambridge interview and was amazing to work with. She would always highlight my strengths and weaknesses in answering and would suggest other ways to frame my responses. She’s also incredibly nice, positive and makes sure all of your questions are answered. I 100% recommend her for any tutoring purposes :)
