About Natalia
I have been active for as long as I can remember, engaging in various sports like competitive swimming, judo, volleyball, wrestling, MMA, along with gym and bodyweight training. This diverse background has endowed me with strength, body control, and valuable knowledge. Recently, I’ve been dedicated to calisthenics, achieving remarkable results and assisting family and friends in mastering this form of training. Now, I want to share my experience, knowledge, and passion for calisthenics with anyone eager to embrace the challenge and explore the capabilities of the human body! I’m particularly excited to encourage women, as bodyweight training is inclusive and can contribute to achieving a beautiful physique. Being a woman myself, I set new goals every day and understand the journey firsthand.

In my training approach, I'll assist you in preparing for more challenging exercises, improving flexibility, increasing strength, supporting weight loss and body toning, aiding in injury recovery, and creating a personalized workout plan based on your fitness level. Since calisthenic is based on body weight movement, workout can be done almost anywhere with minimal equipment.

Perfect! Very knowledgeable of calisthenics. She taught me many things that I had no idea about when it comes to exercise. Natalia brings her equipment and explains each exercise. She is also very kind and encouraging! Highly recommend!

Natalia is an awesome coach! Not only does she provide great training, but she is also very patient and kind. Her knowledge on body mechanics and fitness are incredible as well.
