Designing of Hydraulic Systems / lube Oil systems, Accumulator stations, Filtration skids and other related accessories in accordance with customer specification keeping a view of commercial implication.
Preparation of GA drawings / schematic drawing in line to the customer requirements.
Responsible to design economically feasible systems and to reduce cost without compromising on technical requirements.
Attending KOM with customer to understand the criticality of Projects.
Interacting with customer for explanation / technical discussion to freeze design, components list (BOM).
Sizing & selection of Hydraulic Components like filter, accumulators, valves, motors, pumps, heat exchangers, coolers, Manifolds, Structural steel etc.
Counter problems arises during manufacturing / production with intermediation of concerned department like production, Quality & sales.
