About Rohini
I want to teach as a clinical instructor because I genuinely enjoy guiding students and shaping them into safe, confident, and competent nurses. Over the years, my ICU, radiology, and diabetes‑education experience has taught me how critical proper clinical judgment and hands‑on training are. I feel a strong responsibility to pass on what I’ve learned to the next generation.
I’ve reached a point in my career where I don’t just want to do nursing — I want to build nurses.
Teaching gives me the opportunity to break down complex skills, support students during their first real patient interactions, and help them grow from uncertainty to independence. That transformation is deeply meaningful to me.
I naturally enjoy explaining procedures, demonstrating skills, and creating structured, evidence‑based learning experiences. Students often respond well to my calm, clear communication style, and I find satisfaction in mentoring them through challenges.
Working as a clinical instructor also aligns with my long‑term goals in the UAE. With healthcare expanding rapidly in Dubai and Sharjah, I want to contribute to developing a strong, well‑prepared nursing workforce. Teaching allows me to combine my clinical expertise, my passion for education, and my desire to make a broader impact on patient care.
Ultimately, I want to teach because I believe good nurses are created through good mentorship — and I am ready to be that mentor.
