About Isla
My journey to coaching was personal. I spent years working as a TV Producer in a fast-paced newsroom. But over time, I realised that while I aimed to create a more compassionate world through media, the industry was taking a toll on my own wellbeing. Eventually, I chose to follow my nervous system instead of the news cycle. I left my career behind and spent over two years living across Asia, later moving to Egypt and Thailand to immerse myself in somatic healing, breathwork, and personal transformation. Along the way, I trained under respected breathwork practitioners and even visited Wim Hof’s centre in Holland. Today, I bring the tools that changed my own life to my clients - offering pranayama-based breathwork and compassionate coaching to support real, sustainable change from the inside out.

My approach is grounded in deep listening - truly understanding where you are and subsequently helping you see your life from new, empowering perspectives. You'll gain insight into your patterns, but you'll also walk away with tangible practices - breathwork, mindset shifts, and grounding exercises - to support you beyond our sessions. I use a blend of visualisation, complex reflection and life planning, accountability coaching and breathwork/grounding techniques, depending on your personal circumstances. The typical length of my lessons is 50 mins.
