Hi, I'm an artist, a creative soul, and a firm believer in the healing power of art. Over time, art has become more than just color on canvas for me—it's a form of meditation, a release, and a way to reconnect with joy. My approach is rooted in freedom, calmness, and expression. I’m here to guide you not just in how to paint, but in how to slow down, breathe, and feel good while doing it.

About the class

This class is a mix of mindful moments and messy colors. We begin with short breathing exercises or guided stillness to settle in—and then, we paint. No pressure, no judgment. Just playful strokes, soothing music, and a space where you can feel light and free.

Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to reconnect with your inner self, this class is for anyone who wants to paint with heart, have fun, and experience art as a calm, joyful escape.
