I design customized, structured programs primarily focused on body recomposition (fat loss, muscle gain, and overall strengthening), ensuring that each progress is sustainable and respectful of individual biomechanics. Intelligent and individualized planning: Each routine is based on a prior assessment of your goals and needs, applying progressive loading principles and proper technique in the weight room. Health and prevention as a priority: Training intensely doesn't mean putting your body at risk. I am trained in training planning and first aid (AHA CPR standards), ensuring a safe and controlled training environment. A hands-on approach based on real-life sports experience: After more than 15 years of active participation in competitive and fitness sports (federated and university soccer, recreational boxing, and swimming), I convey discipline, consistency, and the sensations of movement from my own experience on the field. Whether you're looking to transform your body composition, improve your overall fitness, or safely return to activity, I'll guide you step by step with close and motivating support.
