About Alice
I am not a certified nutritionist but I have delved into tons of research about nutrition, weight management, and the effects of diet culture on our minds and bodies. After struggling with an eating disorder and managing to come out of it all by myself, I decided to create an intuitive eating program to help others who struggle with their weight or body image issues to give the middle finger to diet culture and food rules and learn to make peace with food and their bodies. (If you are currently underweight or struggle with a serious eating disorder then please visit your doctor. This programme is for those who have disordered eating patterns, body esteem issues and yo-yo dieting problems)

My sessions will be tailored individually since everyone is so different.
But the core principles will remain the same.
Intuitive Eating 101:
- Ditch the food scales, calorie counting apps and food restrictions
- Allow yourself to eat whatever, whenever and however much you want
- Overcome your fear foods and learn to see all food as equal
Intuitive Eating 2.0
- Eat when hungry, stop when full
- Learn to listen to your body again and honour and respect its needs
- Apply gentle nutrition to your life once you have made peace with all the forbidden foods
- Heal the mind, and body image issues
Lessons will be held once a week, each week we will set a new homework assignment for you to complete throughout the week to help you with your journey. The classes will be fluid to suit your needs, at the pace your body and mind wishes to recover, there is no rush, this won't be a quick process. Remember to always be patient with yourself. I can't wait to start, hope to see you soon.
