About Chichi
I am a Biomedical Science graduate from London, I have been tutoring now few years. I have A* and A grades in Maths and science at A-Level and GCSE myself. As a child I did not have a lot of passion for science in the beginning, as it wasn’t something that I found particularly interesting or something I felt I was good at. However as I got older, I had teachers in particular that had the ability to inspire me and suddenly make the subject accessible to me. I had a newfound passion for maths and science and could see myself submerged in all things STEM for the rest of my life! My aim is to get children as motivated and excited about science as I am by making it easier for them and by accommodating to their learning and educational needs.

I am a recent graduate, receiving a 2.1 degree, as well as holding A* in Maths A-Level, A in Chemistry and B in Biology. I have been tutoring in Maths for almost 2 years now (online and in person) and have experience working as a SEN teaching assistant in a High School. I believe all children have an ability for excellence, and understand no two children learn the same way. My approach to teaching is mostly trying to break down these heavy and complex concepts so they are easier to understand. I also strive to make Maths and science easier and more fun for children, as I understand when children feel frustrated with a subject it can cause them to lose interest and potentially fail. My goal is to help children/teenagers feel more confident in their learning and hopefully from there feel more enthusiastic about their future also!
