About Onkar
I am an engineer - have worked in IT sector.
I practice & teach logic & math to fuel my passion.
I have taught students math & economics at commerce graduate level, besides training mostly students of CAT, GMAT & GRE.
I intend to pursue Industrial Engineering Operations Research Masters in the near future, which is whole & sole mathematics.
My objective is to teach kids at the school level about how to look beyond text books & exams. Why concepts & creativity are important factors, and more importantly, how much more fun math is if you apply them in adequate measures.

My pedagogy is based on utmost conceptual clarity combined with a heavy focus on creative rational thinking.
It's when I ventured into higher studying, is when I realised how many gaps have Indian Education system left in us. That became more apparent as I staudied and later taught for entrance tests. It's almost as if our system never encouraged us to think.
My motto therefore is to arrest these flaws at the origin. I think I have figured out the optimal way of teaching school kids, that will benefit them immensely later. And not to forget, all this whilst having fun with math.
