Bass and guitar lessons in the Plateau - I will help you grow so you can have more fun! I have 6 years of teaching experience and have been a gigging musician since my teens.

Perfect! Parker is, without a doubt, the teacher who has shown the strongest teaching instinct of anyone I've worked with.

From our very first lessons, he took the time to understand how I learn and what I need as a student. I'm honestly not the easiest person to teach—I tend to question everything and I've always been a bit "teacher-resistant." Somehow, Parker figured out how to approach me in a way that made me want to learn instead of shutting down and being desperate or bloked.

Learning the double bass as a guitarist/singer or bass player is a completely different challenge, and Parker has been incredibly encouraging throughout that process. At the same time, he never lets me stay in my comfort zone. He knows when to support me, when to push me, and when to challenge me just enough to keep me progressing.

If you're looking for someone who combines empathy, great pedagogy, and the ability to adapt to each student while still helping them grow, I can't recommend Parker highly enough.
