Ayurveda is an ancient science which deals with different aspects of the body. I would like to give more awareness about different concepts of Ayurvedic Principles. The main aim of ayurveda is to prevent diseases and to promote health in all aspects. I would like to include lessons regarding the basic concepts, nutritional aspects and panchakarma( detox therapies) to understand Ayurveda better and enable a person to incorporate Ayurveda principles to improve the health and wellbeing of an individual.
