About EC
Elsa Cristina started her studies of Ayurveda with Deepak Chopra and continued in Pune, India. She complemented with herbalism and nutrition, but it wasn't until she studied Sanskrit and Pali that she fully understood the concepts of Eastern healing that it all made sense. Coming from mainstream statistics she compared Ayurvedic treatments with Western medicine. Together with her partners she formulated an easy methodology to identify and heal called the O-method which has proven to give amazing results all around. She has studied other ancient methods and is well acquainted with North American, Chinese, Thai and other indigenous medicine and herbs. They all have many similarities with one main thing in common - natural immunity is always superior and Ayurveda focuses on immunity. It's by far the most covering method of them all. What sometimes seem confusing and strange becomes very easy when EC explains it. She started O~live Retreat in Spain 2011 and in Thailand 2016, and co-authored several books including cook books. Today she promotes Ayurveda through writing, conferences and classes online.

You will learn the concepts and "the thinking" to apply Ayurveda in any part of your life and to the four parts of you (body, mind, emotions, energy). As we define your Dosha we individualize the classes to give you the full healing method and practice. Usually we start with the digestive system and work through the energy centers (chakras) and the layers (Koshas). EC Ayurveda makes Ayurveda easy. It goes through enough of the concepts to be able to apply them in a regular life after. In this way it becomes easy to choose the right habits, food, etc, in each moment. In a way it is about getting to know one's own "Nature" and to find the way to let it thrive as opposed to the modern thinking that it is "wrong and has to be fixed". - One-one classes with questionnaire, documentation, food lists, Sanskrit vocabulary and much more. - 1 hour lessons - a minimum of three hours is recommended. - Advice on habits, nutrition, healing herbs, sleep, meditation, exercise, yoga (stretches), trigger-points, recreation, social interactions, and of course the basic senses: colors and form, sound, tastes, smells, touch (such as materials, stones, etc). - Basic numerology and astrology. - An easy method to use for healing and prevention for anyone anywhere. - How to detox and heal 99% of all diseases.
