I have had the pleasure of working with Jun as my HSK Chinese tutor for the past six months, during which time she has supported me in learning Mandarin from a complete beginner level.

Over this period, we have developed a strong and enjoyable working relationship through our weekly lessons.

One experience that stands out is how Jun has guided me from having no prior knowledge of Mandarin to now being able to speak basic phrases and write Chinese characters with growing confidence, something that has really benefitted me on recent trips to China.

I also greatly appreciate her reliability and flexibility despite having a fixed weekly slot, she has always been accommodating when I’ve needed to rearrange at short notice.

Jun also brings a great sense of humour to our lessons, which makes learning enjoyable and something I genuinely look forward to each week.
