About Tim
I’m an internationally-published and reviewed author. I’m an award-winning teacher. I’m a dad whose kids have needed support with their writing. I’m a person who teaches because they love teaching: I do it for the pleasure of helping people achieve their goals and not because I need the money. (I’m a Doctor of Creative Writing with a PhD and an M.Phil. I also have a HEA certificate and cert TEFL.)

I’ve won seven awards for innovative teaching and for teaching excellence from the University of East London and from Roehampton University. I’ve worked as a copywriter and wrote a campaign for Prince Charles’s Prince’s Trust charity. I know how important and exciting it is when you develop your skills as a writer. I have all the tools you need to help you do it. I believe that writing is a form of communication that everybody can do well if they have the right support and encouragement. My lessons vary according to need. They usually last between 30 and 60 minutes. My lessons are different depending on your needs. I have taught in primary schools, ESL colleges, and in British universities.
