With a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Public Health, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the body’s wellness needs, blending this knowledge with specialized certifications in Kemetic Yoga, Personal Training (NASM), Usui Reiki, and Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman Womb Wellness. My journey into healing and transformation has been shaped by the teachings of ancient traditions, alongside modern holistic practices.
