About A Michael
Apple II gs was my first exposure to "Think Different." Since then I was hired to repair and troubleshoot Apple computers for Advertising agencies in NYC for many years. I was also trained by Apple (in Cupertino) as an Apple Certified Trainer. I delivered Apple Support Professional Training classes at Novaworks AATC for 8 years. Retired now, I still know a few things about the platform.

I prefer a Montessori type approach to learning (and teaching). Teaching to the interest of the student is the best. It is important, especially with adult learners, to acknowledge what is already known, and then work from there. I engage interactively, recognizing that most of us learn best by doing.
