About Ceara
I am a recent graduate with a M.Sc. in chemistry from the University of Calgary with a 4.0 GPA, numerous analytical chemistry publications, and scholarships. I have taught general and advanced chemistry laboratory courses with a focus on analytical chemistry. I also have taken advanced courses (>400 level) in organic, bioorganic, electrochemistry, and physical chemistry.

I believe in tailoring lessons to individual students to work on weaknesses and improve general understanding of a subject rather than memorization. I hope to engage with students and make science more accessible. I ask students to inform me ahead of time what they would like each session to focus on and will plan lessons accordingly.
I am comfortable teaching advanced university chemistry subjects and will also tutor all high school science subjects upon request.
