I customise my teaching according to students' strengths, needs and gaps in knowledge by using what I've learnt as a classroom teacher; I combine this with the insights I've gleaned from my 1500 tutoring hours. I accelerate students' learning by carefully crafting and delivering lessons which challenge and motivate.
We'll do conversational, listening and written activities, together a good number of interactive educative games (because learning can be more firmly embedded when having fun). I regularly pop in mini fluency drives to practise and retain knowledge. Lessons range from 15-minute boosters to 2-hour study modules, and I cater for KS1 to A-level.
I use students' interests and abilities to build up an arsenal of strengths. Everyone has their own talents - let's discover what yours are!
