Through the practice of Yoga asanas, I aim to assist you in managing stress effectively.
My deep belief in exercise therapy is rooted in personal experience. Having suffered a torn rotator cuff during judo practice, I struggled to find a solution until I discovered exercise therapy. This approach involves thorough postural assessments, evaluating the stability and mobility of the affected muscles and joints, and crafting a progression pathway. Through this method, I was able to restore my shoulder to 98-100% functionality, reinforcing my commitment to helping others achieve similar success.
