About Emily
I’ll provide guidance through your yoga practice. Whether you are a beginner, or have been practicing for years. I am a 500HR Certified Yoga Teacher as well as a 200HR Certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with 20 years of personal practice and over 11 years of teaching experience. I teach mostly Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yogas, as well as Meditation methods. We will gently find the practice that is right for you and help build muscle, ease tension, and open joints and the spine. We will also expand the lung capacity and strengthen all the vital systems. Every experience level is welcome; including those suffering from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Anxiety, etc. Let's begin your practice! Yoga is whatever YOUR body is allowing, each day. It is a practice and it changes daily, as do all of the things affecting our bodies and lives. Yoga can be tailored to each person and provides countless health and emotional benefits without being hard on the joints or spine.

I am a 500hr/200hr certified yoga teacher with accolades for Philosophy, ethics and lifestyle. I've been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Meditation (including anxiety relief, self-esteem building, guided imagery) for over 11 years. I've been a practicing Yogi for 20 years. Recently, I was a Yoga Teacher at a mental health hospital that focuses on short-term, acute care of mental health challenges of all kinds. I work with all ages, including young children and the elderly. I teach to those with all levels of fitness experience. It’s about growing a practice that is catered to YOU!
