About Simone
Hi, I’m Simone and I started practicing yoga twenty years ago and have been teaching for the last nine years.
I’m passionate about helping people move well, breathe well and feel better in their body and mind through the practice of yoga. I offer 1:1 sessions and Yoga Nidra online.
I love how the mindfulness of yoga helps to calm my mind. How moving with mindful intention in different ways helps me to feel more coordinated, balanced and confident in how I move in everyday life.
My classes are not about perfection and they definitely aren’t about touching your toes but they are about how your body FEELS. They are a celebration of what your body can do!

My yoga classes offer a personalised experience based around your needs and goals. Whether you are new to yoga, working with an injury or health condition, an athlete wanting to cross train and enhance performance or simply busy and need your yoga practice to fit in around your busy schedule.
Expect to move with mindful intention, gently challenging your body through balance, coordination and mobility. You're invited to employ a sense of curiosity, observing how your body, mind and breath feels in each moment. We finish with techniques to bring you into a state of rest and relaxation.
Our bodies only perform as well as our brain allows so I like to incorporate some neurology into my classes to meet the needs of your unique nervous system.
Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) is a form of guided meditation and relaxation that brings the brain and body to the state between falling asleep and wakefulness. It offers complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
