About Dr
Dr. J CPR, based in Miami, FL, provides American Heart Association–certified CPR education to Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The center offers Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through online modules and in-person classes held Monday through Saturday. In-person sessions run at set times (BLS at 11:00 a.m.; ACLS and PALS at 1:30 p.m.) at its Miami training site. Students who successfully complete training receive official AHA course completion cards valid for two years.
Online enrollment involves signing up, registering for a course, and submitting payment to access study materials and exams. Online course access lasts five days, with an available reactivation option if access expires. In-person registration requires completing a brief form before scheduling. Individual courses and discounted combination packages are available, and optional ACLS, BLS, and PALS textbooks can be purchased. Payments are accepted by major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and check.
With more than 30 years of medical experience, Dr. J CPR trains healthcare professionals, first responders, and community providers to meet current AHA standards.
