About Anne-Sophie
I graduated high school in Germany, where the schooling system is similar to the IB system. While I mainly have tutoring experience with IB and German Abitur students, I am confident that I can tutor A-level and GCSE students just as well, especially in STEM subjects.

My teaching style is tailored to the student's needs, but the first lesson usually starts with identifying problem areas and explaining the difficult concepts to the student and then practicing using textbooks and various exercises that I have collected from my former students and during my own time in high school. For STEM subjects, I have found that using exercises is the best way to prepare for exams is the best way to ensure good grades. Lastly, the exercises are discussed with the students and I answer questions and offer explanations.
Lesson length may vary, but I have found 1.5h to 2h per week to be effective.
My experience with tutoring is mostly with A-level or GCSE students. But I certainly tutor younger students as well.
