About Alex
I am a 21 year old Male Medicine student, studying at the University of Birmingham. I have 3 years of tutoring experience, starting from the age 18 with positive results helping many people pass their 11 plus and students improving their grades from their predicted level to achieved level in their GCSE results.
In tutoring we will find the teaching and revision methods that work best for you and try methods you may not have tried before from visual learning to a more practical method. The tutoring will be a collaboration between myself and the student to target areas they need more attention and help but all aspects of the course will be covered in the session.

Lessons will be targeted to how you learn best whether that’s interactive or a more traditional way, giving different examples and ways to learn and revise which may suit you best.
Lessons can be 30 minutes to an hour which can be organised to suit you.
Previously having achieved level 9 in Maths, Chemistry & Biology at GCSE and A at A-level in both Chemistry and Biology. Further qualifications include an A in GCSE Further Maths, Regional young scientist of the year 2020 in a group project and Gold award in national Biology Olympiad.
Lessons can be from helping with the 11 plus, tutoring for help with school work between years 7-9 and GCSE tutoring for students in years 10 & 11
