The way Biology exams are written is predominantly about recall. I believe the fundamental key to recall is a solid foundation of understanding, rather than just learning facts. I will work with the students once a week, for approx. 60 minutes to explain, visualise and develop ways to understand and remember topics they struggle with. I will use verbal explanations, visualisation techniques/analogies, active recall and practice questions. There may be a little bit of extra/prep work to do between sessions. These lessons are for students in year 7-11, teaching KS3 and GCSE curriculum.
