I have been studying yoga, wellness and happiness for the last 10 years in many different forms, including counselling and therapy, yoga and mindfulness, travel and spiritual connection;
I love to get to know my students in depth to offer really personalized support and I have a ton of resources that I love to introduce to my students, in a really nurturing, grounding and inspirational way :)
