About Me
I’m a fully qualified yoga teacher (200-hour YTT) and have been a passionate practitioner for many years. What began as my own journey of discovery on the mat has evolved into a deep calling to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
My teaching style blends the flowing, dynamic energy of vinyasa with the mindful, foundational approach of hatha yoga. Through years of personal practice, I’ve learned that yoga is never one-size-fits-all—it’s a personal exploration that should honour where you are today, not where you think you should be.
I’m committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where every body is celebrated and every student feels seen. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, whether you’re working with an injury or simply looking to move with more ease, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and support you in finding your own authentic practice.
I believe yoga is for everyone, and my classes reflect that philosophy. I offer thoughtful modifications, clear guidance, and a judgement-free environment where you can explore, grow, and simply breathe. Working with both individuals and groups allows me to tailor each session to the unique needs of my students, ensuring everyone leaves feeling more grounded, centred, and connected to themselves.

I offer clear modifications and variations so everyone can find their own expression of each pose—because yoga isn’t about achieving a perfect shape, it’s about discovering what feels right in your body.
In my sessions, you’ll find a welcoming space free from judgement, where curiosity is encouraged and comparison is left at the door. I work with individuals and groups, adapting the pace, intensity, and focus to suit your unique needs and goals. Some days call for energising flow; others invite gentle restoration. I listen, observe, and adjust to create an experience that serves you.
