I earned my 200-hr YTT in Los Angeles at Veda Yoga Center. I work at YogaSix Coconut Creek, Hollywood, and Aventura. I have also led different workshops and events in Fort Lauderdale such as beer yoga, ecstatic dance + yoga, and fitness. Yoga and fitness help to overall improve your mood, and I have been witness as to how a consistent practice can make a 180-degree difference.
