About Neta
I am a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher, marine biologist and scuba-diving instructor with a strong interest in movement, wellbeing and the natural world. I have practised yoga for ten years and completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, India, where I developed a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, pranayama and meditation.
I have taught Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga-inspired yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra, as well as acro-yoga workshops, children’s yoga and ballet. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and experience levels, and my scientific and teaching experience has taught me how to explain ideas clearly, prioritise safety and adapt my approach to the individual.
Outside yoga, I have spent many years working and teaching in marine conservation, scuba diving and environmental education. I am also a keen rock climber and understand the importance of balancing strength, mobility and recovery. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can build confidence, explore movement and develop a yoga practice that works for their own body and lifestyle.

My classes are welcoming, practical and adapted to each student’s experience, goals and physical needs. I begin by discussing your yoga experience, general health, any injuries or movement limitations, and what you would like to gain from the lessons. I then create a balanced practice using clear demonstrations, verbal guidance and different options for each posture, so you can work at a level that feels both safe and appropriately challenging.
Depending on your goals, lessons may include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, pranayama, mobility work or yoga nidra. I focus on correct alignment, controlled breathing and helping students understand how movements should feel, rather than simply copying a sequence. Private sessions are usually 60 minutes, although I can also offer shorter 30- or 45-minute lessons.
I am a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher with ten years of personal yoga practice. I have taught Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga-inspired yoga, pranayama and yoga nidra, as well as acro-yoga workshops and movement classes for children.
Lessons are suitable for complete beginners, returning students and intermediate practitioners who want more personalised guidance. I particularly welcome travellers, divers, climbers and active people looking to improve mobility, body awareness, strength and relaxation. Classes can be adapted for adults, teenagers and children, with parental involvement and consent where appropriate.
