About Aaliyah
Hi! I’m Aaliyah and I’m a first year medical student at Lancaster University! Having been through the education system myself I know school life and exams are not always a walk in the park.
At GCSE I achieved 7 grade 9s and 4 grade 8s and A* in A level biology and Chemistry.
Tutoring has always been rewarding for me and a great opportunity to meet students and share experiences with too.

First we go through topics that you struggle with or want to improve on. I then, using the exam board specification, make interactive concise PowerPoints on the topic and set homework like making quick flash cards/notes and lots of exam practice (sometimes past exam papers under timed conditions). In this way you are consolidating your knowledge, identifying commonly asked questions, applying your knowledge and improving your speed! And as always I’m free to answer any questions outside and inside lessons!
