About Alexander
I'm Alex, a third-year student at the University of Chicago double-majoring in Economics and Philosophy. I scored a 1530 on the SAT and have spent the past two years at one of the most academically demanding universities in the country, where thinking precisely and solving hard problems isn't optional; it's just how things work here.
I started tutoring because I genuinely enjoy breaking down how the SAT is constructed and watching students go from feeling stuck to feeling in control of the material. There's a clear logic to how this test works, and once students see it, their scores reflect that.

I scored a 1530 on the SAT and study Economics and Philosophy at UChicago, where rigorous quantitative and analytical thinking is just part of the curriculum.
