My teaching methods are altered as per every student's need and understanding. I believe in helping students build confidence in the areas where they are the weakest. I do not believe in rote-learning but understanding the concepts well. I do not like to follow the conventional methods of teaching but prefer being innovative and creative in teaching a particular concept.
