My name is Jean, and I am a youth personal coach dedicated to helping young people build confidence, discipline and healthy habits through sport and physical activity. I have experience working with children and young people across community and coaching settings, supporting their physical development alongside mindset and personal growth. My lessons focus on helping young people build confidence, discipline and healthy habits through physical activity and sport. Sessions are fully personalised and can include football, multisport activities, running or general fitness, depending on the child’s interests and needs. Each session follows a clear structure: warm-up, physical challenge, skill or fitness development, and reflection to support mindset and personal growth.
