About Poppy
Hi I’m 29, Yorkshire girl travelled the world. I’ve been a qualified yoga instructor since covid qualifying with Himalaya Yoga Valley Yoga Alliance and previously graduated in Dance at Leeds Beckett University and want to teach others the love yoga can bring to your personal life as it has me for many occasions. I focus on better alignment, fitness, child yoga, prenatal pregnancy, sports injuries, mental health and other personal reasons. After cruising the world the past 5 years I’ve been teaching international guests on their holidays and made great personal relationship so my understanding of people and their goals have only improved me as an instructor for anyone I come across.
